Hi. I'm Emma

Whilst I've spent 15+ years in healthcare infrastructure and am deeply experienced, don’t mistake me for your typical estates professional. I’m not, and that's by design.

My background in literature and the arts isn't conventional or technical, and makes all the difference. I bring a complementary, atypical and universal lens to the built environment, collaborating with diverse specialists to shape the spaces of the future.

You could call me a visionary pragmatist, and I’m drawn to complex challenges and the pull of holistically solving what others tend to avoid. I have a knack for finding patterns and creating clarity and order where people see chaos, and blending creativity with grounded logic to develop solutions that are not only bold, but also workable within established systems and frameworks.

I’m driven by the power of stories, people and imagination. I believe the past, present and future are shaped by our collective vision and ambition -  a force too often underestimated in health infrastructure. I love exploring new partnerships and ideas, and using connected storytelling, new narratives and socio-cultural frameworks to transform infrastructure.

Think of me as 50% artsy rebel and 50% analytical guru, who’s 100% committed to creating a healthier future.

When I’m not doing infrastructure and health regeneration stuff? In my spare time you’ll probably find me backpacking in far-flung destinations, travelling in my self-converted micro camper, or hiking up a Lakeland mountain.
