Strategic development of a holistic future vision for a 100+ acre masterplan outline planning application
As part of the Phase 1 of the Clay Fields programme, Loxie supported Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust (LSCFT) to progress the development of the site masterplan, alongside the appointed design team as they worked towards an outline planning submission.
The work included refining the vision, supporting communications, engagement and partnership development and coordination as required, advancing worthwhile-projects and contributing to the programme management of the masterplan.
