Leveraging infrastructure for public sector savings
Loxie explored the transformative potential of infrastructure in driving cost savings and improving health outcomes as part of the North-East’s Health Innovation Neighbourhood.
Located on a 29-acre former NHS brownfield site to the west of Newcastle city centre, this initiative aims to create the UK’s first health innovation neighbourhood - offering future solutions for living, leisure, learning, and employment.
The focus of Loxie’s work was to identify opportunities for public sector savings though the development of innovative spaces, future infrastructure and community places where people can live, work, and belong.
