With 15+ years in healthcare infrastructure, I’m a specialist who doesn’t fit the typical estates mould. That's by design, and it’s my greatest asset.
My background in literature and the arts isn’t a remotely conventional route into estates - and that is exactly why it works. It allows me to bring a universal, analytical and complementary lens to the built environment that technical-only perspectives often miss.
While others focus on the structures, I lean towards the connective tissue and dark matter of health infrastructure - the invisible gaps between the between the built environment, the people who use spaces, and the systems that govern it.
I am a visionary pragmatist, and I’m drawn to complex challenges and holistically solving what others tend to avoid. I have a knack for finding patterns and creating clarity and order where people see chaos. By blending creativity with grounded logic, I develop solutions that are both ambitious and structurally workable within established systems and frameworks.
I’m driven by the power of stories, people and imagination. I believe the past, present and future are shaped by our collective vision and ambition - a force too often underestimated in health infrastructure. I love exploring new partnerships and ideas, and using connected storytelling, new narratives and socio-cultural frameworks to transform infrastructure.
Think of me as 50% artsy rebel and 50% analytical strategist, who’s 100% committed to creating a healthier future.
When I’m not doing infrastructure and health regeneration stuff? In my spare time you’ll probably find me backpacking in far-flung destinations, travelling in my self-converted micro camper, or hiking up a Lakeland mountain.
