A neighbourhood health centre is a building. Neighbourhood health infrastructure is everything that makes a place actually healthy. Confuse the two and you put the wrong people in charge of the wrong problem.
By the time an infrastructure problem is reduced to a building, the connection between health, housing, regeneration - and everything else that shapes how healthy a place actually is - has already been lost.
Where we intervene
We work across all the partners - zoomed out to the system and zoomed in to the site - building the connections, structures, and direction nobody inside any single organisation can build alone.

Newcastle Health Innovation Neighbourhood
A 29-acre brownfield NHS site, and a joint venture asking what health-led regeneration could actually mean to health. We mapped where health could drive value across housing, learning, leisure, and public realm - not as add-ons, but as the actual foundations of the masterplan.
The opportunities that mattered most weren't healthcare buildings at all.
