One Voice, One Vision (NHS)

Type: Clarity & Intent

Colorful abstract artwork on a wooden signboard placed outdoors near a flower bed with purple and yellow pansies, with a grassy area and trees in the background.

The brief

An NHS Trust with a bold ambition and a room full of partners who couldn't yet speak the same language. Abstract ideas, competing perspectives, and no shared narrative to move from conversation to commitment.

Who was it for: NHS Trust

What we did:

We designed and ran several cross-partner visioning events. Rather than a standard workshop, this was a structured creative process that shifted how people in the room thought about what health infrastructure could actually be.

The harder job was what came after. Taking everything that emerged - the ideas, the tensions, the moments of unexpected agreement - and translating it into a single, compelling narrative that every partner could recognise themselves in.

One voice. One direction. Something concrete enough to act on.

The Trust left with a shared vision, a strategic narrative, and a visual identity that gave the next phase of development a foundation it could build from rather than starting from scratch.

"They invested time to deeply understand our aspirations and challenges, creating a strategy that was both innovative and grounded in practical insights."
