Who was it for: A specialist housing provider based in the North-West

What we did:

We designed and delivered a targeted ‘refocusing workshop’ to close the structural gap between high-level intent and operational reality. The problem was that the clinical and social ambitions continually outran the organisation's practical delivery capacity - despite the passion, drive and commitment. Without clarity around where the biggest challenges were, their boldest goals couldn't connect to day-to-day choices.

We used the intervention to build the foundations for a clearer way of working – where social purpose and operational delivery sat together into the same conversation, rather ending up as competing priorities.

The workshop refocused the team, turning high-level ambitions for healthy, independent lives into a shared, actionable direction. By aligning immediate business demands with long-term social value, we gave the leadership team the structural clarity and confidence needed to keep their alternative housing model completely on track.
